When we charge your credit card
We authorize your credit card for your purchase and shipping charges of items in your shopping cart at the time of checkout. However, we bill your credit card for your order total at the time of shipment, not at the time you place your order. If we are unable to ship items, your credit card will only be charged when we can ship them.
All items you order, unless they are unavailable, are sent at the same time. If an item that you have ordered is unavailable, you will be notified by email and allowed to add to your order, ship your order without that item, or wait until that item is available. Separate shipping charges may apply. Orders are usually processed and shipped the next business day (weekday) after you place them.
Refund policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the books you receive, contact our customer service department by phone within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will authorize you to return your order for a full refund less shipping & handling charges. Your credit card will be credited upon receipt of your order at our offices.
